Booking & Cancellation Policy

Private Reformer sessions are reserved exclusively for you and therefore require prepayment to confirm your booking.

To honour both your time and the preparation dedicated to each session, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours notice: session may be rescheduled or credited
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee applies
• Less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments: full session fee applies

O Método Pilates de condicionamento corporal concentra-se no desenvolvimento dos músculos estabilizadores profundos ao redor da coluna, pélvis, cintura escapular, quadris, glúteos. e fortalecer os músculos abdominais - conhecidos como “power house”, além de alongar e fortalecer todo o corpo. Private Reformer sessions are fully tailored to your level, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. 2. What should I wear? Comfortable movement clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended. 3. What are the benefits of Reformer Pilates? Reformer Pilates helps improve posture, core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, body awareness, and overall movement quality while being gentle on the joints. 4.
