Although there are different approaches to Pilates, many of the exercises that crossover the different interpretations have been shown to benefit numerous health issues.

It’s likely that many other factors besides just Pilates contributed to the benefits observed accross the different studies referenced in this post.

However, if someone enjoys Pilates it’s very likely it will help them!

You can vibrate even in the depths of your being, even long after the Sound Healing is over , when you return “back to normal”, one can experience sense of calm and peace.

The Sound can stimulate the body’s self-healing ability-both physically and mentally.

We’ll use vibroacoustic Tibetian bowls and Solfeggiho frequencies crystal bowls, Tunning forks, tingsha, bells, rain stick, kenari shakers, planetary tuned energy chimes, koshi chimes and other instruments.

Will start with gentle Moon Salutation to honour the new Moon which will focus our attention on our own breath, while we could step out from the monkey mind, constant overthinking, relax and open up for the new things coming.
