Booking & Cancellation Policy

Private Reformer sessions are reserved exclusively for you and therefore require prepayment to confirm your booking.

To honour both your time and the preparation dedicated to each session, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours notice: session may be rescheduled or credited
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee applies
• Less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments: full session fee applies

Je uzasny stroj s pružinami, diky kterému objevíte jak si nejen srovnat postoj a najít vice prostoru v tele, ale i objevit svaly o kterých jste nevěděli, ze existuji. The Pilates Method of body conditioning focuses on developing the deep stabilizing muscles around the spine, pelvis, shoulder girdle, hips, glutes  and strengthening the abdomen muscles-knows as “power house” as well as stretching and strengthening the entire body. This is achieved by uniting Body&Mind.

Please inform us of any injuries or conditions before your session. 5. How long is a private session? Session length is flexible and tailored to your needs and schedule, ranging from 30 to 75 minutes. 6. How often should I practice? Consistency brings the best results. Most clients benefit from 1–3 sessions per week depending on their goals and lifestyle. 7. Will Reformer Pilates help with back pain and posture? Many clients experience significant improvements in posture, spinal support, mobility, and reduction of tension-related discomfort through regular practice. 8. Is Reformer Pilates only for women? Not at all. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all genders, ages, and fitness levels. 9. Can private sessions be personalised to my goals? Absolutely. All private sessions require prepayment to confirm the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 12 hours or missed appointments are charged in full.

Elle byla moje první reformátorka Pilates a nemohla jsem si přát lepší úvod do této fitness praxe. Byla zde v Kataru jen měsíc a zastupovala jiného instruktora, ale za tu krátkou dobu mě naučila základy pilates. Díky přístupu Elle byla její lekce radost navštěvovat a já jsem zjistil, že se dostavuji téměř každý den. Její nakažlivá vášeň a nadšení pro to, co dělá, jsou evidentní a její chvála mě motivovala k tomu, abych se snažil dělat lépe. Díky Elle jsem zjistil, že mohu dosáhnout víc, než jsem si myslel.
Je to vynikající instruktorka, která své studenty skutečně inspiruje.
