Booking & Cancellation Policy

Private Reformer sessions are reserved exclusively for you and therefore require prepayment to confirm your booking.

To honour both your time and the preparation dedicated to each session, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours notice: session may be rescheduled or credited
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee applies
• Less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments: full session fee applies

The Pilates reformer is an amazing piece of apparatus like no other, which helps you to find length and space in the body while under spring tension. The Pilates Method of body conditioning focuses on developing the deep stabilizing muscles around the spine, pelvis, shoulder girdle, hips, glutes  and strengthening the abdomen muscles-knows as “power house” as well as stretching and strengthening the entire body. This is achieved by uniting Body&Mind.

Private Reformer sessions are fully tailored to your level, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. 2. What should I wear? Comfortable movement clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended. 3. What are the benefits of Reformer Pilates? Reformer Pilates helps improve posture, core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, body awareness, and overall movement quality while being gentle on the joints. 4. Please inform us of any injuries or conditions before your session. 5. How long is a private session? Session length is flexible and tailored to your needs and schedule, ranging from 30 to 75 minutes. 6. How often should I practice? Consistency brings the best results. Most clients benefit from 1–3 sessions per week depending on their goals and lifestyle. 7. Will Reformer Pilates help with back pain and posture? Many clients experience significant improvements in posture, spinal support, mobility, and reduction of tension-related discomfort through regular practice. 8. Is Reformer Pilates only for women? Not at all. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all genders, ages, and fitness levels. 9. Can private sessions be personalised to my goals? Absolutely. Every session is designed specifically around your body, goals, experience level, and any limitations or preferences. 10. What is your booking and cancellation policy? All private sessions require prepayment to confirm the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 12 hours or missed appointments are charged in full.

Elle was my first reformer Pilates instructor, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this fitness practice. She was here in Qatar for jusst a month, covering for another instructor, but in that short time, She taught me the essentials of Pilates. Elle class have so much positive energy and unique movements and techniques and fun as well I really enjoy doing her reformer class <3 The yoga class was very healing and amazing for stretching and balancing I've learned so many beautiful postures!
