Interesting...

  • if the ligaments are overstretched, they won't "shrink" back - especially the SI (sacroiliac) joint (we are not chewing gum or rubber)

  • your breathing is about the connection of the diaphragm and the muscles of the groins and hips {illiacus and psoas}, that means if those muscles are shortened - due to the improper function of the diaphragm, the intra-abdominal pressure needed to massage the internal organs (excretory function) does not occur...​

  • only 4% of back pain comes from damage to the intervertebral discs, 96% are for other reasons

  • your fascia needs to stay hydrated to be able to glide-you can prevent joint problems

  • if your pinky toe can't separate from other toes-you have fascia issue
